As a certified TRUE advisor, we support Cambodian organizations in implementing impactful waste reduction and diversion measures for their facilities and assist them throughout the TRUE certification process. GBCI’s TRUE certification program measures, improves, and recognizes Zero Waste performance by encouraging sustainable resource management. A TRUE-certified project's goal is to divert all solid waste from landfills, incineration, and the environment. The program helps define, pursue, and achieve Zero Waste goals, cutting carbon footprints and supporting public health. It focuses on upstream policies and practices, beyond diversion numbers, for successful Zero Waste. TRUE-certified spaces and events are environmentally responsible, resource-efficient, and help turn waste into savings and income. By closing the loop, they cut greenhouse gases, manage risk, reduce litter and pollution, reinvest resources locally, create jobs, and add value.
